NetSuite Help Center:
When logged into NetSuite, the help center is always one click away. The help center contains the technical documentation and details of how NetSuite features work. On the top right of the page, click the “help” icon to open the NetSuite help center in a new window.
Many pages of NetSuite have context-sensitive help topics, so the help topics relate only to the page you are on. Another way to request specific help documentation is to write “help” into the global search bar followed by the keywords you are wanting answers for (use NetSuite terminology if you know it). The help center contains quick access links to important topics such as the user guides, training, SuiteApps and new releases.
SuiteAnswers:
NetSuite SuiteAnswers provide a centralized resource for all of NetSuite’s most important information. SuiteAnswers is a great place to look when you want to learn more, from best practice guides, presentations, training videos, help documentation, and support articles. You can access this inside NetSuite by clicking the “Support” menu tab and then the “Go to SuiteAnswers” link. This portion of NetSuite’s resources contains hundreds of real cases and questions submitted to the NetSuite support team by users and partners.
The SuiteAnswers homepage includes important timely announcements, new release information, trending topics and newly added topics. Similar to the help center, you search for a topic by entering it into the search field.

LinkedIn groups are by far one of the most powerful aspects of LinkedIn.
