NetSuite continues to prove itself as a trailblazer in ERP software in 2023, with a continued focus on the latest advancements to enhance efficiency. This year, Oracle NetSuite announced a new series of product innovations that involved AI-powered capabilities, field service management, enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions, and features targeting finance and customer experience professionals. Among the AI-powered capabilities are NetSuite Text Enhance, assisting with content creation, Planning and Budgeting for streamlined decision-making, Bill Capture for intelligent expense categorization, and Analytics Warehouse for centralized data consolidation.
On the financial management side, NetSuite introduced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), a finance solution that integrates financial and operational planning, automates account reconciliation, streamlines close processes, and enhances reporting. NetSuite also announced new solutions like NetSuite Capital for improved cash flow, NetSuite Pay for digital payments, and NetSuite Electronic Invoicing for streamlined global invoicing compliance.
A new suite of tools was also introduced to address specific needs, including Transaction Line Distribution for flexible transaction splitting, Benchmark 360 for performance analysis, and a new licensing model offering task-specific licenses for employees.
