Free: NetSuite Connector for Outlook
Keeping communication aligned with NetSuite just got easier. The NetSuite Connector for Outlook is now available for download in the Microsoft 365 App Store. This connector lets the user sync selected emails and calendar events to NetSuite records, reducing manual updates and improving team productivity.
NetSuite Connector for Outlook is self-service and can easily be implemented by customers. After downloading the NetSuite Connector for Outlook, customers will need to log in with their NetSuite credentials to integrate with NetSuite.

Free: NetSuite Intelligent Close Manager
Closing the books shouldn’t feel like a scramble.
NetSuite Intelligent Close Manager expands your period-end process into a fully connected, end-to-end workflow—helping teams improve accuracy, completeness, and reporting timelines.
The enhanced scope adds key operational and control activities to improve completeness, accuracy, and reporting timeliness. The target user is any NetSuite user involved in operational and Period Close activities. This includes controllers, CFOs, Accountants, and Business Process Owners.
Enable the feature by navigating to:
Setup > Company > Setup Tasks > Enable Features > Accounting subtab.
In the Advanced Features section, check “Intelligent Close Manager” and save.
Note: Users should have “View” level or higher of the Manage Accounting Periods permission to use the feature.
Free/New: AI Bank Transaction Matching
Automation continues to evolve, and this update delivers immediate impact.
The Generative AI Match Bank Data feature maintains the current user interface (Match Bank Data) while extracting more detailed information, specifically entity and amount, from the memo field. This improved matching logic increases reconciliation accuracy and efficiency by automatically leveraging those details, reflecting strong customer demand for automation. This feature is automatically enabled in accounts upgraded to 2026.1.

• Better use of existing transaction data
Disable the feature by navigating to:
Setup > Company > Setup Tasks > Enable Features > Accounting subtab.
Uncheck “Enriched Bank Data” and save.
News: Unlimited Sandbox Refreshes
Testing just got easier. As of March 12, NetSuite customers now have unlimited sandbox refreshes—removing previous restrictions and allowing teams to:
• Test changes more frequently
• Validate customizations with confidence
• Improve release readiness
• Reduce risk during updates
This is a major win for teams managing ongoing optimization and integrations.
New: Sales Order Renewal SuiteApp
Managing renewals doesn’t have to be manual. The new Sales Order Renewal SuiteApp, available in the SuiteApp Marketplace, gives businesses the ability to automate or manually manage sales order renewals.
Key capabilities:
• Automate recurring renewals
• Manually trigger renewals when needed
• Improve consistency in order management
• Reduce missed revenue opportunities
Note: Requires the Financial Management module.
